Once your returned item reaches our warehouse and successfully passes our internal Quality Check, your refund will be initiated immediately. For prepaid orders, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will request your bank account or UPI details, and the refund will be securely transferred within 5 to 7 business days.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever happens earlier. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all price tags and brand labels intact. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your exact location in India.
