Refund Policy

At City Style, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

1. You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
2. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
3. Certain items like undergarments, swimwear, accessories, and clearance sale items are non-returnable for hygiene and policy reasons.

Refunds

1. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email or SMS about the approval or rejection of your refund.
2. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
3. Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong size was delivered. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@citystyles.in.
