Return Policy

At City Style, we are committed to providing you with premium lifestyle products. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, or you might need a different size. Our comprehensive Return and Exchange Policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process.

1. General Return Window You have 7 days from the date of successful delivery to initiate a return or exchange request. Any requests raised after this 7-day window will unfortunately not be accepted.

2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns and Exchanges To ensure fairness and maintain our quality standards, a return or exchange will only be approved if the following conditions are strictly met:

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unworn. It must not show any signs of wear, stains, or carry any odors (such as perfume or sweat).
  2. All original price tags, brand labels, and hygiene seals must be fully intact and attached to the product.
  3. The item must be returned in its original packaging (brand boxes, dust bags, or transparent covers) along with the original invoice/receipt.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items For strict hygiene reasons and specific promotional rules, the following categories of products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  1. Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks.
  2. Fashion accessories, jewelry, and sunglasses.
  3. Products purchased during clearance sales, flash sales, or using special promotional discount codes (unless the item received is defective).
  4. Gift cards.

4. Process for Initiating a Return or Exchange If your item meets the eligibility criteria, please follow these steps:

  1. Step 1: Email us at info@citystyles.in or call our support team at 02269719310 within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Step 2: Clearly mention your Order ID in the subject line. Attach clear, well-lit photographs of the product, showcasing the tags and the overall condition of the item (and the defect, if applicable).
  3. Step 3: Our team will review your request within 24-48 hours. Once approved, we will arrange for a reverse pick-up from your delivery address.

5. Quality Check (QC) and Rejection Policy Once the returned item reaches our warehouse, our quality assurance team will conduct a thorough inspection.

  1. If the product passes the Quality Check, your refund or exchange will be processed immediately.
  2. If the product fails the Quality Check (e.g., tags are missing, the item has been washed, or it is damaged by the customer), the return will be rejected. The same item will be shipped back to your address, and no refund will be issued.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Received We take utmost care in packaging our products. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must notify us at info@citystyles.in within 48 hours of delivery. Please include unboxing videos or photos of the damaged package/product. We will arrange a free replacement for you on a priority basis.

7. Refund Process

  1. Prepaid Orders: Once the return is approved post-Quality Check, the refund will be credited back to your original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Net Banking) within 5 to 7 business days.
  2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, we will request your bank account details or UPI ID. The refund will be transferred to the provided account within 5 to 7 business days after the Quality Check is cleared. (Note: The COD handling fee or original shipping charges are non-refundable).
