Cancellation Policy

We understand that you might change your mind. Here is our cancellation process:

Before Dispatch

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, or before it has been dispatched from our warehouse, whichever is earlier.
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated immediately and will reflect in your account within 3-5 business days.

After Dispatch

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
If you still do not wish to keep the product, you can refuse the delivery at your doorstep, or accept it and raise a return request as per our Return Policy.
